I wish I could rate Inline Removals more highly.Their estimator was very professional and promised us a "Rolls Royce service", recommending - against our instincts - that they did everything, including packing. They seemed great at first: everyone very punctual; friendly, seemingly helpful; worked hard. Unfortunately, there were significant failings in our move: - Packing was careless and several items were broken, including the unique, extremely fragile and highly sentimentally valuable ornament that the estimator had noticed when visiting to quote and particularly mentioned as requiring special attention during moving - the "Inline difference", he said. In another example, cleaning products, includung detergents and caustic soda, were packed in the same box and on top of spices and other foodstuffs, leaking on and ruining them. - Several items seem to have been stolen. Not enormously valuable, but very invasive and upsetting, including new clothes for our two-year-old daughter and branded utensils. We keep realising that things we saw the day we moved are not just in a box somewhere, but gone. Who knows what else is missing? - When I called and emailed the company about these things, the "Rolls Royce service" was nowhere to be seen. I was told the owner would call me back several times; he never did. No reply to emails, either. What a shame.

Just wanted to say thank you and great job to the moving team that managed my move on Wednesday. Kirk and the guys did a sterling job ensuring everything got to the right place in both flats, with no damage. The packing service was brilliant too and really helped me. There was another chap who carefully dismantled the bed and sofa bed, neither of which are straightforward, and then put them back together in my new place - he was excellent too.

I wouldn't hesitate to use your firm again and will recommend you to others. Could you please pass these comments on to Terry.

I moved with Inline at the end of February and I must say the service I received was fantastic! From the first point of contact until the last box was placed in my new house. The packing and removal team were very helpful and could not do enough for us they made a normally stressful experience very easy and ENJOYABLE!! They organised all the parking by speaking to the estates office at my flat and the parking dispensations outside my new house. They handled my furniture and belongings with care and consideration, they whole team were charming and even kept my 3 year old amused with their banter. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them. I have now fully unpacked and there is no damages at all and was totally amazed at how well my large collection of Lladro was wrapped. I would have no hesitation in recommending Inline and if I move in the future in will definitelybe using them again!

Shocked!! I’ve just read a review and can honestly say as a professional officer in London that I’ve used inline removals for almost 20 years and never had a complaint against them. This review does not represent the excellent service we have received from inline removals for moving our residents and also my family and friends. The stolen items comment is beyond belief as I know the staff that work for inline removals.  I have recommended inline removals to my family and friends with excellent comments, I have also personally used inline removals to move home twice. The negative review on this company is clearly not a disgruntled customer as the contents of it are so unreal of any experiences I have had with them. Terry, John and the rest of the team are professional, polite and very careful. I am more than happy to recommend this company. Shame on you who posted such rubbish.    .

I hired Inline Removals to co-ordinate my move recently as they were by far the stand out candidate of all of the three companies I had out to quote. The move co-ordinator did a very thorough site survey of my property and talked me through everything that would happen and what type of materials and vans were used, it was great to know all of that information in advance. I also had some follow up queries that I sent in by email and these were all responded to very swiftly!

I decided to go with the 2-day pack and move service so the team allocated to my move came in on the first day and packed most of my belongings ready for moving the next day, they were very attentive towards my things and everything valuable or fragile was wrapped extra carefully. On the second day the team came back for the remainder of the packing and the actual move itself, they were a friendly and fun bunch which always helps in stressful situations! They were also polite, professional, helpful and very respectful towards me, my house, my belongings and my dog! Moving into the new properly went very smoothly, the team unloaded quickly and put back together any furniture that had been dismantled. They also went above and beyond and got my fridge into a very awkward spot, this was a massive help! I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received from the team at Inline Removals, I wouldn’t think twice about using them again for a future move and would be very happy to recommend them! Very reasonable price too for an outstanding service! Thanks very much to all!

From start to finish this company beats the rest. From initial contact which was LISA in the office who was fantastic. She guided us through the process and kept us updated.
Terry who came round and did the quotation, great guy and then the guys who did the moving, well what a credit to the company. I was told that moving day is one of the worst days ever ( we hadn’t moved in over 20 years). Well I disagree we had a great day all down to the moving crew. They were professional, polite, went above and beyond, we’re happy and smiling all day and nothing was too much trouble. If you are reading this and looking for a stress free move at a competitive price then look no further.

We booked Inline Removals for our move (28 to 30 May 2019) – from a 4-bed to a 4-bed house – so there was a lot of stuff and the whole thing lasted 3 days.

On Day 1 all our stuff was packed carefully into cartons – all done with great care and speed. On Day 2, everything was loaded onto the large removal vans and we got going by 2 pm. By the end of Day 2, everything was off-loaded into the new house before they left – as far as possible into the rooms where they were finally destined to go. On Day 3, they were back to carefully unpack everything and remove all the paper and cartons. So far (as of now 90% unpacked) not a single item has been damaged or broken – and we had many delicate items.
We cannot praise the company and team highly enough, from the survey to the quoting to, most importantly, the teams that attended on the 3 days. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so pleasant and helpful. They are sensitive to how stressed we are likely to be on moving day and they went out of their way to put us at our ease.

Just one more comment – we did get another quote (from a large and well-know removals firm); the quotes were almost identical, both in scope of work and price, so we were confident that we were being fairly quoted. We chose to go with Inline Removals and we are glad we did.

Excellent pre-sale service - prompt. The removal days went smoothly from my perspective although the firm had to change its plans as they had underestimated the volume of stuff. However it had no significant effect on us and the firm handled the change very efficiently. The team who did the removal were very polite and professional - only a couple of minor scrapes.
The main frustration was the lack of a proper receipt after the service which I required for an expenses claim from work. Rather frustrating frankly. Although the actual removal experience was 4 or 5 stars, the after sales service of not getting an invoice/receipt was very unprofessional and has potentially cost me a lot of money. I wouldn't recommend for that reason.

After a very stressful time selling my house, the packing, storage and delivery service to my new house was a welcome relief.
From the first call, everything went smoothly.
The guys arrived early and soon had everything packed away.
Online then place my items in storage for a couple of weeks until my new house was completed.
Everyone from the office staff to the packing and delivery guys were always polite, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Would certainly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Moving house after almost 32 years was a very daunting task. Lots of date changes along the way which were accommodated with good grace and humour by Lisa and terry in the office. The teams sent to pack and the team on the day of the move were fantastic - they could not have done more to help. Thoughtful and polite throughout. Nothing was broken or damaged (that we have found as yet)

Would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

I wanted to write to thank you for what has been a thoroughly positive experience with you. From the survey to the moment the crew drove away everything has gone so well.

I had lots of questions, which Lisa and Terry dealt with quickly, clearly and patiently. Packing materials, and additional packing materials, were delivered promptly and without fuss.

You dealt with the parking suspension, and passed on the need for payment in good time for me to meet Tower Hamlets deadline.

On the day the team couldn’t have made things go more smoothly. They arrived on time, they worked with a unhurried and quiet efficiency to have the whole house loaded in a very short time. They were friendly and personable, and if there was any uncertainty they asked for my directions. The few things that weren’t wrapped - a very large mirror - was wrapped by them with no fuss and loaded safely. The following day at the storage space ran in just the same efficient and good humoured style - despite it being both very cold and raining hard!

Both days were about as stress free as a house move could ever be, and for that I am very grateful. I got three quotes for the same move. Yours was the lowest, the others were substantially higher (the highest being almost twice your price), and yet I don’t see any way that the other removers could have beaten you on performance, and hence justified their higher cost.

The experience of selling up and moving out is a daunting one and can be extremely stressful. We have had bad experiences with removers in the past and so I was initially very wary of the whole process and the likelihood of a repeat. But, my apprehensions were completely dispelled as the experience with Inline has been impossible to fault. So, many thanks to you and Terry, and the team of movers on the two days. Far from being a source of stress it has been a pleasure, and I’d like to thank you very much for that.

I wouldn’t hesitate to have Inline move us again, and to recommend you to anyone looking for a hassle free, economical and efficient service.

Inline are great removers from start to finish - from the beginning there was great communication and flexibility even when I had to change my dates several times (which I found stressful, but they made me feel at ease).

Removers were fantastic, fast and efficient and even made me smile a few times and made a stressful time so much less stressful, they made it seem so effortless and no fuss, they even helped me pack a few boxes I forgot and nothing was too much trouble for them, we couldn't fit the table through the doorway so they even took it apart for us.

Reached the destination house before us, couldn't ask for more, we had a lot of plants to move also and a lot of fragile items and not one was damaged - will definitely recommend them again (in fact I already have to a friend)

I received a flyer through the door which happened to be perfect timing as we were going under offer so starting to plan our move. I called them up and got hold of Terry. He was quickly able to arrange a survey, in person as we were just down the road. He arrived, was very respectful of distance, etc due to covid and was extremely quick. Before I knew it, we had a quote and I was happy to proceed. Then came the tricky part - actually agreeing a date to move. Unfortunately our purchase suffered many delays. I was in touch with both Terry and Lisa who were always so understanding and patient with me. I felt terrible that day after day, move dates got pushed, but I simply received new dates that they had availability each time. They were also very considerate of the stress of the purchase which was wonderful. I am very sad to say that when we were able to exchange, the agreed date for completion wasn’t free for Inline so we couldn’t book them. We were so set on using them, that when we couldn’t book them, we decided to hire a van and do it ourselves. But boy did I wish it could have worked out. I could tell from my daily interactions that the team at Inline would have done a fantastic job moving me. They were honestly the only positive experience I had of our purchase, so I am glad to see just how busy they are and I hope many other movers will seek them out to help with their moves.

We used Inline removals to move from London to Brighton. They made a stressful time much more manageable. Terry and Lisa were prompt with quotes, answering questions and general communication. The guys on the day were fantastic. They were fast and efficient, while taking great care of our things. We have two small children and they were lovely with them, making it fun and exciting, when it could have potentially been quite overwhelming for them! We are really grateful to the team and would definitely recommend them!
